How To Find and Use Your Navy Federal Login

NavyArmyCCU Federal Credit Union was founded during the heart of the Great Depression in 1933. Since that time, the credit union has grown from seven members to more than 8 million. Although the credit union only serves members of the military community, once you’re a member, you can always remain a member, even if you no longer have any association with the service. 

For Navy Federal members, here’s an explanation of how you can enroll in online banking and use your login. 

How To Log In to Your Navy Federal Account From a Computer

It just takes a few simple steps to log in to your Navy Federal account from a computer:

  • Go to the Navy Federal digital banking login page.
  • Enter your username.
  • Enter your password.
  • Click the “Sign In” button.

If you don’t yet have a username and password, you’ll have to enroll in digital banking first. Navy Federal asks for personal information to get login credentials. Here’s how to do it: 

  • Go to the Navy Army CCU Federal digital banking enrollment page. 
  • Enter your last name.
  • Enter your date of birth.
  • Enter your Social Security number. 
  • Click the “Continue” button.

On the following page, you’ll be asked to select your username and password. Once enrolled, complete steps 1-4 to log in to your account.

For extra security, you can also enroll in two-step verification. With two-step verification, after you log in, you’ll be prompted to enter a security code or tap a push notification that the credit union will send to one of your trusted devices. 

How To Log In to Your Navy Federal Account From a Mobile Phone or Tablet

Navy Federal’s mobile app is available via the App Store, Google Play and Amazon’s Appstore for Android. You can log in to your Navy Federal account on your mobile device just as you would on your computer:

  • Open the app.
  • Enter your username.
  • Enter your password.
  • Click the “Sign In” button. 

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can initiate the account recovery process by providing some identifying information. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Navigate to the account recovery page.
  • Select the type of card or account you have from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter your card or account number.
  • Enter your date of birth.
  • Enter your Social Security number.

Click the “Continue” button.If you prefer, you can also log in to your Navy Federal account on your mobile device using either a four-digit passcode that you select or your fingerprint, if your mobile device has that capability.

How To View Your Navy Federal Statement Information 

Navy Federal provides up to 36 months of online statements to its members. To access them, follow these steps: 

  • Log in to your account with your username and password.
  • Go to “Account Access.”
  • Click on “My Settings.”
  • Select the “Statement Delivery” link.
